Your business is growing. You're still the one holding it together.

Fractional General Management for service-based business owners who have outgrown the stage where everything depends on them.

When the founder remains the operational center of the business, growth starts creating pressure instead of stability. Execution slows down, decisions bottleneck, and the business becomes heavier to carry.

That’s the problem I step in to solve.

From operations that depend on the founder to a business that runs as one connected system.

Operations Structured

Execution Aligned

Founder Dependency Reduced

Your business didn't stall from lack of growth.

It stalled because everything still runs through you.

Does this sound familiar?

✓. "Everything important still flows through me before it moves forward"

✓. "The team does the work, but I hold the context"

✓. "Client experience varies depending on how much bandwidth I have"

✓. "Growth feels heavier, not lighter"

✓. "I can't step away without something slowing down or breaking"

Revenue may be consistent. Clients may be getting results. The team may already exist.

But behind the scenes, you're still coordinating, following up, making operational decisions, and holding everything together manually.

Operational ownership

Not fragmented support

01

Day-to-day operational management

I own the business's operational rhythm, coordinating execution, managing priorities,

and ensuring nothing stalls, slips, or lands back in your lap.

02

Cross-functional alignment

Marketing, sales, delivery, client experience, and internal operations are aligned and moving

in the same direction, not each doing their own thing.

03

Systems that actually work

I design and implement systems that fit the real business environment, not documentation

that collects dust, but structure that holds under pressure.

04

Client experience operations

Client experience is shaped by how well internal operations are designed. I ensure

the system behind the service is as structured and consistent as the service itself.

05

Accountability and execution oversight

I ensure work moves from intention to delivery without breakdowns in between,

with clear ownership and accountability across every moving part.

06

Margin protection through structure

Fragmented operations waste resources quietly. When the business functions

as one connected system, execution is tighter and margins are protected through

alignment, not cost-cutting.

From running through the founder to running as a system.

Before

✗. The founder is still the operational center of everything

✗. Execution is fragmented, each function moving in its own direction

✗. Client experience depends on the founder's available bandwidth

✗. The team waits for guidance before moving forward

✗. Growth adds complexity, not clarity

✗. No clear operational ownership across functions

After

✓. The business runs as one connected system that works

✓. Clear ownership and accountability across all functions

✓. Client experience is structured, consistent, and protected

✓. Execution moves without needing constant founder input

✓. The business is scalable without increasing operational weight

✓. The founder leads growth, not day-to-day operations

I don't advise from the outside

I operate from the inside

Most support options sit at the edges. Assistants handle tasks. Consultants hand over frameworks. Advisors make recommendations. Each one helps with a piece, but no one takes ownership of how the whole thing actually runs.

My approach is different because it's operator-led. I step inside the business and take responsibility for day-to-day management across all the moving parts, not just one function, not just planning, but the full operational system.

This comes from experience, not theory. I've managed teams of up to 19 people, with full responsibility across marketing, sales, operations, hiring, training, client experience, and profitability, inside a real business, and under real pressure. I've been the person responsible for making it work, not observing how it should.

I work with very few clients at a time by design, because I stay fully embedded in how the business operates, consistently present and focused, not checking in occasionally.

Here's what my Clients say...

Arij takes the time to get to know your needs. Methodical and meticulous, Arij pays attention to the details and cares about your company like it's her own. When she worked with my organization, she led a team and stayed in communication with me about progress, corrective actions, and the important changes that needed to happen - without becoming a bottleneck by OVER communicating.

For me, Arij was the perfect balance of team lead, project manager, and hands-on support. That's a rare thing to find anymore!

Prior to working with Arij Saïd, my business lacked continuity and growth. Arij helped me identify the problems and found corrections, resulting in a better overall structure, giving me more time to work with my clients. Her communication style is professional and supportive.

She has the ability to see potential problems and quickly resolve issues. I highly recommend Arij for your General Manager.
